Job description:
Monitor purchase orders and follow up their transfer to purchase orders.
Implementing the purchase of support purchases in accordance with the approved purchase orders and according to the approved specifications and according to the supply schedule.
- Monitor the representatives of purchases by requesting quotations according to specifications and quantities, and implement negotiations and purchases in an efficient manner in terms of price, quality, delivery dates, payment terms, service, and direct implementation in some cases.
- Direct supervision of the performance of the development representatives, their development, assistance and cooperation with them in some of the purchasing roles.
- Monitor the purchasing representatives in following up the supply with suppliers and take the appropriate action in the event of changing supply schedules, monitoring the entry of the received materials, following up the closing of open purchase orders and solving the problems associated with them with other departments.
- Monitor the purchasing representatives in carrying out the required tasks in a timely manner to achieve the procurement goals.
- Monitor the procurement representatives in the implementation of the procurement procedures carefully and ensure that the documents required for the procurement process are completed and preserved in an appropriate manner and distribute copies of them to stakeholders from other departments.
- Participating in updating the upper and lower limits, the demand limits and the delivery period for items in light of consumption rates.
Participate in evaluating suppliers, developing them and solving supplier problems with his immediate boss.
Commitment to the company's policies in all internal and external dealings of the company's scope.
- Collecting information from the market regarding the materials he deals with and discussing it with its boss.
Participate in the search for new suppliers, or an alternative to materials used by the company.
Performing any other work within the general framework of his job when assigned.
Prepare monthly reports regarding the status of purchase orders and purchase orders.
Requirements:
