Job description:
- proposing corrective measures: proposing changes to be made to communications, proposing corrective measures, to anticipate customer inquiries or complaints, and assist in implementing these changes
- Responding to inquiries: Responding to customer questions and inquiries, and advising clients about the facility's products, services and operations, and other topics related to customers.
- Problem solving: Solve customer problems and complaints, negotiate direct problem solutions, escalate the most complex problems to the complaints officer, and coordinate with the sales and maintenance department or the technical department, or other related departments
- Preparing reports: Preparing reports on the inquiries and complaints received, identifying questions or repeated problems, and other directions
  • Knowledge of the use of computers
  • Customer service experience preferred
Employment type:
  • Full Time
Salary Range: 4,500 S.R.
Benefits and Other Informations: - Monthly commissions of up to 1500 riyals, according to the evaluation
