Job description:
Carrying out supervision and management tasks for the company's marketing management activities in the public administration as well as providing general support services for all business units in relation to the following activities:
Development of marketing plans and strategies.
Develop a pricing strategy.
- publicity and announcement
- Identify clients
Customer Relationship Management
Assist the vice president of marketing and sales affairs in order to develop the company's marketing plans and strategies (general management and business units).
Implementing marketing strategies and plans in support of the company's goals and strategies.
Establish and maintain a good image and impression of the company.
- Prepare the expected sales statement and marketing plans in relation to the economic climate, the competitive environment, sales trends and executive procedures.
 - Directing and supervising the implementation of market research on an ongoing basis to obtain information related to clients' needs and requirements, competition and industry / economic direction.
- Develop and develop a price strategy and formulate sales targets in relation to production capacity.
Monitor competitors ’prices and ensure that the company’s prices are competitive in the market.
- Formulating standardized advertising programs that include all advertising opportunities that contribute to building and improving the company's product, as well as enhancing sales and company image.
- Managing and developing the customer database as well as defining their goals.
Management and supervision of customer relations and providing them with the necessary services.
- Review the results of customer satisfaction and follow-up with the competent authorities for follow-up.
Maintaining the necessary contact with major clients, industry associations and government department representatives.
Management, development and implementation of marketing rules, policies and procedures.
Administrative tasks:
- Provide advice, advice, guidance, direction and approval to the management staff to implement the main procedures and work plans that are in line with the company policies.
- Coordination and exchange of views on the general guidelines and procedures for employees to ensure accurate identification and assimilation of responsibilities, powers and tasks.
- Distributing some responsibilities to the concerned department employees to ensure the flow of work in the department.
- Providing guidance and guidance to all department employees in order to ensure the effectiveness and flow of work flow in a manner that ensures that all employees know their tasks and job roles in management.
Conducting an annual performance evaluation process to review employee performance at work.
- Issue recommendations related to adjusting salaries, bonuses, incentives and promotions based on the employee’s performance and holding organizational meetings whenever necessary.
Monitor the compliance of company employees with general rules, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the departments' performance through selecting and developing competent and qualified employees, and urging them to upgrade their business tasks.
