Job description:
- Processing orders: processing customer requests and basic requirements, such as sending letters, forms or other documents.
- Registering inquiries: Record the inquiries and complaints received, and informing about the scheduled solutions.
Responding to inquiries: Responding to basic questions and queries of clients, advising clients on the facility's products, services and policies, and other related topics.
- Referral of complaints: Resolve basic customer complaints, and refer the most complex problems to the complaints officer or any specialist.
Receiving and handing over customers' devices and opening maintenance requests, to be delivered to the technicians inside the exhibition.
  • Age from 25 up to 35 years is preferred
  • Knowledge of the use of computers
  • The working time is an evening shift
  • Fast learning and good understanding of the information
