Organize and schedule appointments for meetings or interviews with the General Manager
- Create and archive any documents related to administrative affairs
- Receiving or making calls related to the administrative department
- Prepare and arrange correspondence, whether issued or received, and refer incoming correspondence to the competent authority after presenting it to the General Manager
- General supervision of all departments of the company, and following up on the implementation of any severe decisions of management
- Formulating and archiving any records related to the meetings of the administration
- Carry out any other tasks that may be assigned by the administration
