- Create and archive any documents related to administrative affairs
- Receiving or making calls related to the administrative department
- Prepare and arrange correspondence, whether issued or received, and refer incoming correspondence to the competent authority
- General supervision of all supervisors, and following up the implementation of any severe decisions of the administration
- Formulating and archiving any records related to the meetings of the administration
