Job description:
tasks and responsibilities:
- Compiling plans of the company's manpower requirements, and developing a plan to secure the needs approved through recruitment, training, promotion and transportation, and raising them for accreditation according to the powers and according to the budget system estimated.
- Make recommendations regarding the establishment of rules of promotion, reward and other incentives on the basis of a fixed system to assess the development of performance.
- Follow-up of applications for employment, in terms of the policy and procedures of advertising, examination, selection, contracting, initial guidance and installation, in accordance with the instructions of the approved Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Supervise the implementation of the training according to the approved plan, and ensure that it achieves its goal, by assessing the results for each trainee, and raising his observations and recommendations to the person responsible for each.
- Overseeing the issuance of the employee evaluation reports on time, reviewing and reviewing the recommendations regarding bonuses and promotions (and penalties) in terms of their legality and their conformity with the general policy and with the approved allocations.
- Develop and implement the daily attendance control system in consultation with officials according to the nature of the work and the administrative level of the employees.
- Maintaining public holidays, applying sick, annual and emergency sick leave and guiding officials to their role in planning and approving annual vacations.
- Organizing and supervising sick leave and health services.
- Issuing payrolls, monthly wages and overtime work, and all the employees' salaries, current or emergency benefits, and submitting them to the Department of Finance.
- Organizing and maintaining individual records of staff and other records required for personnel management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Management or equivalent
  • Experience of at least 4 years.
  • Courses in planning and implementation of human resources development.
  • Courses in labor law.
  • Special courses in social security.
