Job description:
* Prepare a short-term development plan (6 months) (and long-term) more than a year explaining the objectives of the facility and aspirations and steps of development work with quality and efficiency.
* Monitor and analyze deviation from established plans, causes and methods of treatment, and design a specification brochure on the basis of workers to work in accordance with the regulations to be implemented and be a comprehensive and standard guide to any branch of our restaurants.
* Setting standard operating procedures to ensure optimal use in the operations of equal and uniform in all branches. Responsible for ensuring the daily completion of the production line in the kitchen and so on.
* Responsible for the application of regulations, rules and policies in relation to the operating section.
* Follow-up training of workers and training dates and analysis of training results and return.
* Responsible for the availability of all materials necessary for operational operations in quantities commensurate with the size and nature of the work of each section, and control the consumer and damaged and executed according to the system followed.
* Responsible for the availability of health, professional and standard conditions for workers as well as materials, tools, equipment and service areas for customers after studying and submitted by the Food Development Officer and branch managers.
* Responsible for the follow-up and completion of any major faults and follow-up and control of periodic maintenance models and follow-up
* Prepare the required reports weekly, monthly, yearly to help other departments to quickly take the appropriate decision.
* Responsible for solving any customer problems if not solved by the branch management.
Responsible for cost control, food quality, customer satisfaction, speed of service and increased profitability.
* Monitor local competitors and their operations and make comparisons and present them to direct management. Ensure the application of total quality systems in all processes.
* Responsible for the application of health and safety requirements (civil defense) as well as property insurance and other systems and follow-up file to save documents in branches
* Ability to structure, reorganize and develop with previous experience in this.
* Work 6 days a week on vacation.
* Continuous communication to work and outside working hours in the interest of work.
* Provide a time plan and organization of what will be provided.
Requirements:
  • Work experience of at least 10 years
  • Ability to innovate and develop and add new development touches
  • Personal strength in team management
  • Ability to be fully conversant with working details and proficiency in English
  • Follow-up and control programs of electronic restaurants
Employment type:

Salary Range: 18,500 S.R.
