Job description:
- Follow-up employment applications with departments according to the required vacancies.
- Publish ads on specialized recruitment sites and search for suitable vacancies.
- Select the right people for the vacancies advertised.
- Arrange initial interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate with the candidates and managers concerned to conduct interviews at the company's headquarters or branches.
- Processing job offers and negotiating with candidates.
- Processing and follow-up the signing of employment contracts for new employees.
- Complete staffing procedures.
- Follow-up additions to the social insurance system.
- Follow-up transfers of sponsorship and the amendment of occupations for employment.
- Maintaining and updating personnel files in the personnel system.
Requirements:
  • Computer proficiency
  • the ability to work under pressure
  • Seriousness and willingness to work
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Practical experience of at least one year in employment
  • Experience in dealing with Office programs (Word and Excel)
  • Balanced personality and quiet foul
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • He has negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Good experience in dealing with specialized recruitment sites and companies.
