Job description:
- Follow up the daily tasks of employees.
- Follow-up additions and exclusions for the social insurance system.
- Follow-up transfers of sponsors and renewal of residences and amend the professions of employment.
- Follow-up of annual ticket reservations and exit and return visas and final.
- Maintaining and updating personnel files in the personnel system.
- Assist in the preparation of salaries for employees of the company in coordination with the departments of departments and projects.
Requirements:
  • Computer proficiency
  • the ability to work under pressure
  • Seriousness and willingness to work
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • Practical experience of not less than one year in human resources and administrative affairs
  • Experience in government regulations related to workflow (labor system, social insurance, health insurance council, human resources fund)
  • Suitable experience in insurance system and relationship with insurance companies
  • Balanced personality and quiet foul
  • Experience in dealing with Office programs (Word and Excel)
