Job description:
- Follow-up employment applications with departments according to the required vacancies.
- Publish advertisements and search for the right staff for the required vacancies.
- Select the right people for the vacancies advertised.
- Arrange telephone interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate with the candidates and managers concerned to conduct interviews at the company's headquarters or branches.
- Preparing job offers and employment contracts for employees.
- Complete staffing procedures.
- Follow up the daily tasks of the Personnel Section.
- Follow-up additions and exclusions for the social insurance system.
- Follow-up transfers of sponsors and renewal of residences and amend the professions of employment.
- Follow-up of annual ticket reservations and exit and return visas and final.
- Maintaining and updating personnel files in the personnel system.
Requirements:
  • Holds a qualification not less than high school.
  • Practical experience of not less than one year in human resources and administrative affairs.
  • Experience in government regulations related to workflow (labor system, social insurance, health insurance council, human resources fund ...)
  • Suitable experience in insurance system and relationship with insurance companies.
  • Experience in processing letters and official correspondence.
  • the ability to work under pressure.
  • Balanced personality and quiet foul.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in dealing with Office programs (Word and Excel).
