Job description:
Responsible for:
- Access all Co. governmental sites
- Facilities' Management
- Manage all legal Documentation (create, edit and renew ...) GOSI, MOL, Zakat, , jawazat , Moqem , CITC, etc.
- Access all Co. governmental sites on daily bases
- Manage all daily Admin & HR Orations
- Handling Employees Personnel requests
- Booking and issue visas , hotel and flight tickets
- Manage Employees Filing
- Handling Medical insurance ( Add , cancel , refund , renew , ... )
- Cooperate and support in Policy / Forms activities
- Handling meeting and annual events
- Manage Co. PO.box
Requirements:
  • Saudi national male only
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources
  • Work experience from 2:5 years with the same title
  • very good level in English written and speaking
  • Commitment& integrity
Language requirements:
  • English-good
Employment type:
  • Full Time
Salary Range: 5,000 S.R.
