Functional tasks :
- Responsible for the personnel system and its development if necessary
- Responsible for monthly salaries and raise them in the system and review with the financial management
- Responsible for employees leave and direct
- Responsible for work leave entitlements - resignations - and end of service
- Responsible for attendance and leave and the introduction of influences monthly salary
- Responsible for personnel files
- Work to develop better and easier ways to manage salaries
- Other tasks commissioned by the Director of Human Resources
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in the same field and specialization
The applicant should not be on the job either in the government or private sector
