2- Manage and supervise projects from design until completion of implementation.
3- Representing the owner in the rehabilitation of contractors and the adoption of prices and the preparation of contract.
4- The approval of the payment of the contractors and the lifting of the financial expenditure after the adoption of the project manager and CEO .
5- Review designs, studies, contracts and participation with the owner in the accreditation.
