- Continuous communication with customers and promotion of cars externally and the definition of its contents and specifications and the search for new permanent customers.
Job Functions:
- Achieve the specific sales target and KPIs as per target by ensuring an agreed mix of models and types.
- Ensure efficient sales forecasts and booking management.
- Retain existing customers by following up on a regular basis and acquire new leads and turn them into buyers.
- Provide consistent high customer service to all customers.
- Keep the customer database updated.
- Planning in advance for daily sales activities (visits, phone calls, emails, ... etc).
- Maintain a daily activity report to the sales manager on a daily basis.
- Search and report important market information related to competitors / customers that will benefit the company.
- Complete all the company's documents related to the task accurately and in a timely manner.
- Compliance with all company rules, departments and regulations relating to the purchase, registration, insurance and payment of vehicles by customers.
- Keep all current and potential customers aware of the new models and features offered by Hassan Jameel from cars and commercial vehicles.
• Expected from the employee:
- Fast and continuous search for potential customers for Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers for any additional business.
- Maintain permanent links with the maintenance department to identify car owners who need to change or change their vehicles.
- Stay in constant contact with the sales manager in case of mega deals to provide additional support.
- Add value to each sale by promoting extended warranty, insurance, rust resistance, maintenance contract, accessories sales, etc.
• Sales Skills Required:
- Ensure knowledge of what is important to car owners when buying vehicles to maintain transparency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of company vehicles, standard operating procedures, credit procedures, etc.
- Gain sufficient knowledge of competitors cars, specifications and prices to be able to overcome customer objections and preferences.
- Ability to identify customer needs to provide the best possible options.
Requirements:
Holds a diploma / university degree.
Basic experience in corporate sales between 3 - 5 years.
Preferred experience in corporate sales (external).
Valid driving license in GCC countries
