• Designing the annual plans in the sales department by relying on the study of market requirements and following up the customers' requests in order to provide them.
• Determine the strategic objectives of sales by setting a set of expectations about the volume of sales that will be achieved, contributing to maintain the sales price based on ensuring a permanent balance between supply and demand.
• Determining and controlling sales prices by following competition with other companies that offer similar types of sales offered by the company in the commercial market.
• Follow-up the work of the sales department staff, and make sure that they do it in accordance with the plans and tasks of their own, and this ensures continuity in the success of the work.
• Maintaining the collective effort in the sales department by supporting the role of cooperation among all employees in order to achieve the specific objectives of the business.
• Conduct training courses and workshops for sales department employees, especially new recruits, so that they can understand the nature of special work in the department, and this helps them to develop their skills, and experience in sales work.
