Job description:
- Responsible for the sales at a company bySell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical and dental insurance or specialized policies such as marine and medical malpractice,etc
- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
- Contact underwriters and convince them to obtain best quotations
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
- Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
- Responsible to manage the sales staff, and training them.
- Determine the requirements of the sales staff, recruit them, hire them and if required train them too ensure they perform well and the plans are well implemented and desired results are generated.
- Observe the performance of the sales representatives on a regular basis.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, and guiding them.
- Checking emails and giving proper and accurate reply to clients and other emails.
- Understanding customer's needs and demands and ensuring perfect services to the customers.
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

- Interacting With Computers -- Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
- Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards -- Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.

knowledge & experience:

- Customer and Personal Service
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Sales and Marketing:
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

English Language:

- Computers and Electronics:
- Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.

Administration and Management:

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, at least 5 years
  • 5-7 : in insurance Years of Experience
