- Organize and schedule appointments for meetings or interviews with the Director General.
- Create and archive any documents related to administrative affairs.
- Receive or make calls related to the administrative department.
- Prepare and arrange correspondence, whether issued or received, and forward incoming correspondence to the competent authority after submission to the Director General.
- General supervision of all sections of the company, and follow-up the implementation of any decisions issued by the Department.
- Drafting and keeping any minutes related to meetings of the Department.
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the Department.
