• Periodically inspect the facilities of the institution and prepare a report of maintenance needs.
• Contracting with institutions or individuals specialized in maintenance in coordination with his direct manager.
• Prepare a list of all equipment, tools and assets used by each employee in the institution and update them periodically.
• Numbering of equipment, assets and tools in a clear manner and in coordination with the accountant.
• Supervise and follow up the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities of the institution.
• Hand over the new employee his own covenant and his signature on receipt.
• Receive the Covenant from the employee whose services have been terminated from the Corporation.
• Follow-up procurement necessary to achieve the institution's programs as planned.
• Propose suppliers and submit them to the Director of Financial and Administrative Department for approval.

• Review purchase orders received from the departments and sections of the institution.
• Manage bookings and arrangements for travel of teams working in the institution.
• Responsibility for the warehouse and supervision in terms of inside and outside.
• Verify the compatibility of orders / services received with approved purchase orders.
• Calculate the costs of applications and audit invoices and send to the accountant.
• Maintain and update the purchase order record periodically.
• Prepare, maintain and review procurement files, reports and price lists.
• Assess suppliers and make recommendations to continue dealing with them or not.
• Execute what is required by the management of the institution within the limits of its powers and competence.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year experience
High school qualification
