• Assist in developing initiatives/projects management plan including scope, schedule, risk, etc.
• Assist & supports projects managers in managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Ensure that projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget & objectives and manage any change requests
• Track, measure & report projects performance & progress
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders including team members, procurement, finance etc..
• Participate in in the improvement or development of the office practices including policies, templets, etc..
