• Achieve sales targets for required monthly spare parts.
• Maintaining a high level of customer interaction.
• Dealing with sales of telephone spare parts for wholesale and / or retail accounts.
• Enhance sales by offering additional parts and parts.
• Notify customers when the required spare parts are received.
• Coordinate deliveries or shipping as required.
• Understand the company's systems, manufacturer's numbering and spare parts operations.
• Assist in selecting parts required by the customer in case they are not available or participate in other activities. Notify the sales supervisor when additional manpower is needed to facilitate service and enhance sales.
