work nature :
- The study and implementation of consultancy projects on problem analysis, provision of guidance and guidance, and implementation of appropriate recommendations to many clients on strategic and operational planning, policies, procedures and working methods related to institutional development and human resource management (eg organizational restructuring, review and preparation of job descriptions and policies, Salary scales and everything related to human resources management), work within the project task forces according to the tasks assigned to each project, follow up the technical aspects related to the progress of consultancy projects, and work Li prepare action plans for projects and increase the achievements and constraints of the management concerned.
mission :
1- Analyzing customer requirements, determining the optimal consultative method, conducting all researches and scientific methods for analyzing problems, presenting practical solutions, providing specialized guidance, preparing presentations and proposals, and presenting them to prospective clients in order to gain consulting projects. And to implement and implement all customer advisory recommendations as required, including providing necessary training as needed. And to carry out all tasks assigned in a manner not inconsistent with the nature of the work. And knowledge of developments in the field of management consulting to ensure the accuracy of the consultations offered.
2 - Continuous documentation and the lifting of all files in accordance with approved work procedures and maintain the secrets of work and information. And work on the preparation of periodic reports related to the achievements of the programs and documented and submitted to the Department concerned. And to make recommendations and proposals for improving the performance of project implementation. Development and application of all systems and data to ensure the maintenance of accurate administrative and financial records of projects.
3 - Participate in the manufacture of goals and draw the strategic plan and general policies relating to the projects of the company and participate in the preparation of the annual plan for operational projects in cooperation with the project management. And discuss the state of the market to identify the opportunities for consultation available and propose partnerships with third parties to improve the performance of projects.
4- To contribute to the formation and development of the consulting staff in the company. And the formation and management of project teams of consulting projects as directed by senior management. And work on the development of team spirit among the members of the project implementation.
