2. Approval of the materials contained in the confirmation of the specifications; conducting visual tests and measurements, and rejecting and returning the unacceptable materials.
3. Monitor plant operations and equipment to ensure conformity with specifications and make or request modifications to the process or assembly.
4. Approval of production in the process by confirming specifications; conducting biological, chemical and physical tests; delivery of required modifications to the production supervisor.
5. Discuss the results of the inspection with the production team and recommend corrective action.
6. Approval of final products by confirming specifications; conducting visual tests and measurements; returning products for rework;
7. Document inspection results by completing reports and records. Summarize rework and waste; Enter data in the quality database.
8. Document any discrepancies (product, service, process, etc.) and make sure corrective and preventive measures are taken.
9. Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by following standards and procedures; Compliance with legal regulations.
10. Monitor performance by collecting relevant data and producing statistical reports.
11. Provide suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
