- Implementation of operational policies and programs for the management of designs
- Implementation of approved design policy as well as all work orders within the nature of its work
- Suggest improvement, remedial and preventive measures that improve the performance of the work by its management
- Implementation of all the tasks required by the Director of designs within the limits of work in the management of designs
- Submit a weekly report to the Director of Design to show what has been achieved and what has been postponed with a reason
- All of the above should be done in accordance with the formal procedure adopted to manage the designs
