Job description:
- Representation of the establishment: Representation of the entity externally in matters related to human resources.
- Develop a strategy: Develop HR strategies, objectives and standards in line with the overall strategy and objectives of the enterprise.
- Efficiency management: ensuring that the human efficiency requirements of the facility are met, and the development of internal competencies, and the recruitment of external competencies.
- Leadership of the department: leadership of the human resources department, direct implementation of the human resources strategy of the facility, and provide guidance and instructions to senior management.
- Performance monitoring: monitor the performance of the Human Resources Section and its staff, ensure adequate training, address deficiencies in operations and performance and report performance to the Executive Director.
- Budget management: Direct budgeting of the department, ensuring compliance, and reporting and explanations of any deviations.
  • Experience in the field 4 years
