- Follow up the implementation of the regulations and procedures of the Saudi labor system
- Follow up the application of human resources systems and procedures
- Preparation of monthly salary marches
- Calculation of leave and end of service benefits for employees
- Issuing requests for payment of leave entitlements or other entitlements
- Follow-up requests for housing and transportation allowance
- Receipt of advances transactions and filling forms
- Responsible for all employee files
- Make a weekly report of what has been accomplished and what is not done with the reason
- Preparation of models to modify the characteristics of employees
- Preparation of alarm notes and termination of services
- Mobility and assignment procedures
- Audit the applications for leave and check the balance of the employee
- Monitoring the implementation of the medical insurance program
- Monitoring the implementation of social insurance program
- Computer proficiency and Office programs
Requirements:
Experience of at least three years in the same field
Transferable residence to non Saudi
Adequate skill in computer and its applications
Language requirements:
