Job description:
- Assist the President in managing the company and its daily operations
- Follow-up departments and employees and ensure the implementation of the work entrusted to them
- Interview officials in various government departments in order to terminate transactions or requests of the company
- Provision of administrative and (secretarial) services to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, including arranging for meetings and e-mail, minutes of meetings, drafts of internal and external correspondence
- Maintain and monitor the agendas of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, ensure that the available information is up-to-date and complete, and remind when necessary
- Prepare reports and presentations as requested by the President
- Design, set up and organize records, manage and manage records; to ensure that records are continuously updated and easily referenced
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Management
  • Experience of at least 6 years in secretarial and administration
  • Real estate experience in Jeddah
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
