Job description:
- Acting as a representative of the company with its main offices within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- To act as a representative of the company and its subsidiaries and joint-stock companies with other entities, and review all government departments and the private sector to terminate the transactions of the company or any of the company's branches.
- Follow-up renewal of documents and official documents of the company and its subsidiaries, and related contracts and to inform the administration concerned about the desire to renew or not to desire a period of not less than 4 months.
- Bring the best quotation on demand.
- The filing of claims in courts and judicial bodies and periodic follow-up on a continuous basis.
- Preparing and documenting the internal and external letters according to the authority and sending them to the concerned authorities after their adoption.
- Follow-up and follow-up of correspondence and claims in the public and private sector.
- Follow up the company's mail and all its branches and hand them over to the concerned departments.
- The work of medical insurance and correspondence of insurance companies, and follow-up additions and cancellations of new employees and employees who have been terminated from medical insurance.
- Data entry, updating, modeling, packaging, and processing of requirements.
- Preparation and follow-up of residency and cards for employees, renewal of residence before the end of its validity and ensure the validity of the passport and the employee's notification of the need to renew two months ahead.
- To take the necessary recruitment procedures, fill in the necessary forms, and to audit and review the reasons for the appointment, from the initial interviews and follow-up with candidates for posts according to the procedures followed.
- Keeping and archiving records and documents (issued and incoming) according to the policy followed.
- Updating and following up daily tasks and ending them on schedule.
- Sending administrative reports to the tasks entrusted to him.
 - Follow up any other administrative tasks assigned to you by the Department of Support and Support.
