- Read and classify incoming mail and distribute it to different departments and departments.
- Take notes either in a reduction or write and then copy them with a word processor.
- Compilation and printing of regular correspondence.
- Respond to telephone conversations, give information to people who are connected, or divert conversations to relevant staff and arrange external calls.
- Appointment of the Director-General's schedule.
- Receiving visitors and confirming the nature of their work and directing visitors to the office of the Director General or the employee concerned with the visit.
- Arranging travel schedules and contacting the relevant parties to make reservations to the Director General.
- Compilation and printing of reports related to the Office of the Director General.
- Prepare outgoing mail for the general manager and archive work.
