Job description:
• Participates in the development of the procurement plan and the estimated spending budget of its activities, and follows up on their implementation.
• Participates in the preparation, development and follow up of the implementation of the policies and procedures of the department
• Provides input into the development and updating of procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepares and supervises the implementation of all procurement policies and procedures and supplier contracts.
• Follows and analyzes supply trends to ensure prices, quality and quality, and suggests appropriate sources of supply.
• Proposes procurement budgets based on the needs of each department and past trends.
• Secures quotations from a number of suppliers and lists shortlists that include the most appropriate offers to facilitate the selection process.
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, pricing and billing information.
• Pursues the procurement, delivery and closing of the purchasing cycle in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions.

• Coordinates with its direct supervisor to set general objectives and work programs for supplier contract management.
• Coordinates with the accounting department to settle the cost of procurement, transportation, shipping, fees and other related expenses.
• Coordinates with shipping and transport agencies for high-level services.
• Measures are recommended to maintain a balance between the quality of services, materials provided and price.
• Maintains strategic relationships with key suppliers to provide competitive pricing and best delivery conditions.
• Participates in the development of procurement policies, reviews, improves and develops business processes.
• Adopts and supervises the procurement and procurement contract management plan and program.
• Review the technical condition sheets to ensure that they match the offers proposed by the suppliers.
• Publishes a record showing supplier data and constantly searches for new suppliers to obtain the lowest prices and best quality.
• Ensure that the supplier is able to meet the requirements of purchase orders and quotation requests prior to approval.
• Ensures that all communications are processed and delivered in a timely, efficient, accurate and professional manner.
