5. Solve problems among housing workers and report to the Director on the names of employees who do not comply with housing regulations.
6. Receive new employment and provide suitable housing for them.
7. Follow-up cleanliness of the housing with the worker or guardian charged with the provision of cleaning materials and sterilization of housing and accessories such as kitchens, bathrooms and toilets.
8. Follow-up faults and ensure the necessary maintenance of housing and public facilities and provide water for facilities and drinking.
9. Follow-up the failure to enter the legal and regulatory prohibitions to housing and to report any cases that may occur such to take deterrent measures.
