Job description:
• Organize office files
• Monitor the time management and schedule of direct managers / managers
• Supervising the work of receptionist and reporter
• Follow up the implementation of various administrative decisions issued by the Director / Direct Managers.
• Work with the sales manager and prepare and distribute minutes of meetings.
• Daily mail processing (notes, circulars, administrative documents, transaction reports, notes and letters of property management, collection data, etc.).
• Preparation, preparation and printing of official letters.
• Receive and respond to faxes.
• Supervising job applications for new employees who wish to join the company and arrange interviews for them.
• Assist in the processing of training materials.
• Follow-up of administrative tasks related to annual employee leave, goal setting, etc.
• Do whatever is required of him to the limits of his knowledge and abilities.
• Follow up maintenance contracts between the company and maintenance companies that maintain the equipment and machines of the company.
