Job description:
• Manage all social media accounts
• Content preparation in Arabic and English.
• Ensure that all social media accounts are updated
• Addressing public inquiries and requests.
• Respond to complaints and provide solutions.
• Follow-up and continuous interaction.
• Follow the organization's discussions and respond when required.
• Knowledge and understanding of the platforms of social media and its participants and how to disseminate information and marketing to the organization.
• Ensure the quality and formulation of publications and strive for innovation and continuous innovation
• Ensuring continuous level of customer satisfaction.
• Managing e-marketing operations
• Increase the network of interested and accountants of the Organization.
• Manage dialogues and responses with the audience in a professional manner.
