• Responsible for organizing and maintaining human resource management records and models, data entry on the computer and assisting the HR Manager in his / her duties as required.
• Edit all decisions of appointment, dismissal, resignations and leave.
• Ensure implementation of procedural and legal rules for work and workers.
• Assisting and participating in job posting and receiving applicants.
• Responsible for keeping employee files in the form prescribed according to the instructions.
• Responsible for follow-up attendance, departure and absence.
• Assisting and participating in the analysis of all problems related to employment such as drop out and job satisfaction.
• Implement all the functions required by the Human Resources Manager within the limits of human resources management.
• Submit a weekly report to the Human Resources Manager to indicate what has been achieved and what has been postponed with a reason.
• Responsible for following up the process of providing and delivering uniform dress to all employees in her area according to the instructions.
• Responsible for receiving medical insurance lists for all employees in their area as instructed.
