Job description:
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires.
- Leverage all recruiting channels, including internal career site, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Interview internal and external candidates, using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Plan for manpower periodically to ensure and forecast needs.
- Conduct job design and analysis and evaluate jobs to achieve maximum organization effectiveness and goals.
- Source potential candidates through all assigned channels.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Build recruitment database and monitor shortlisting and selection criteria throughout the year.
