Renewable annual contract, including a tax-free lucrative salary based on experience and qualifications; annual housing allowance; a monthly transportation allowance; a furniture allowance consisting of half of the housing allowance, to be disbursed one time only; return tickets from the country of origin to Dammam, Saudi Arabia, at the beginning of the contract; return tickets (maximum of four tickets per family) provided annually from Dammam to the country of origin; assistance with local tuition fees for school-age dependent children; free medical care; two months of paid holiday time; end-of-service gratuity; residency permits for all family members, excluding male children above the age of 17; and, a return ticket to attend conferences outside the Kingdom, with the University assuming all Visa and registration costs.
