Planning & Cost Control Engineer - PLANNING & COST CONTROL ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITY:
• PLANNING & MANPOWER CONTROL & PREPARING THE COMPREHENSIVE SCHEDULE.
* Master construction Schedules
* Material procurement schedule
* Manpower requirement schedule (based on the Production Rate, Time Requirement)
* Cash Flow, cash in & cash out schedule
* Preparing quantity & cost analysis / estimation, Base Line.
* Compare the actual incurred cost with the target and actual accomplishment and issue the profit / losses report highlighting the over-run cost areas.
* Actual Cost Analysis: -Material - Manpower - Subcontracts - Equipment - Petty Cash
Requirements:
Bachelor degree of civil engineering
PRIMAVERA 6 & MS PROJECT
5 YEARS +
