• Organize and schedule appointments for meetings or interviews.
• Create and archive any administrative documents.
• Receive and make calls related to the administrative department.
• Preparation and arrangement of correspondence, whether issued or received and forwarding of correspondence received to the competent authority after the presentation to the Director.
• General supervision of all sections of the company and follow up the implementation of any decisions issued by the Department.
• Formulate and maintain any records relating to management meetings.
• Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the administration.
