Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting includes the responsibilities of the Director-General and core business functions, to name a few
next:
Personally greeting all internal / external guests, offering
Support and direct queries.
Continually offering professional, friendly and attractive service.
Managing the daily operation of the executive office.
Prioritize all telephone calls, personal visitors and schedule schedules.
Provide all office management duties such as written correspondence, mail, photocopying and order of office supplies.
Maintain a secret filing system for correspondence,
Policies, standards, regulations and various related issues
To the Office of the Director-General.
Complete and circulate the minutes of the meeting as required.
Assisting administrative leaders in completing special projects
Required.
Follow the policies of departments and procedures.
Follow all safety policies.
Other duties identified.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Very responsible and reliable
Previous experience in the required administrative role
