1. Prepare orders / purchase / work of the approved comparison and send it to the suppliers and follow up the supply of required materials to the stores to make sure that the supply is satisfactory.
2. Follow up the purchase proceeds, and deliver them to the suppliers to ensure the validity of supply or rejection of materials.
3. Ensure that all procurement procedures are carried out accurately and quickly to ensure delivery of items in a timely manner.
4. Conduct weekly and monthly reports to monitor and improve the efficiency of the procurement process.
5. Coordinate with the end-user, store, and technical department concerned to ensure the correct specifications.
6. Timely evaluation and technical approvals to minimize delays of procedures.
7. Ensure timely delivery in accordance with the requirements.
8. The cost of procurement is properly allocated to the relevant cost centers
9. Maintain your procurement files, sales and PR record for future use.
10. Perform other procurement tasks referred to by the direct supervisor or purchasing manager
10. Follow the rules, regulations and attention when purchasing items.
11. All other orders assigned by the senior management and the logistics manager relating to the purchase orders.
Requirements:
Preferably be a Saudi national
5 years experience Preferably to be part of the experience in plastic field
