Job duties
- Maintain adequate inventory of consumables and spare parts and avoid them.
- Providing the technical department with all daily orders
- Receipt of materials supplied according to the purchase orders.
- Documentation of materials entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Cooperation and communication with the Operations Department regarding the availability of materials required for maintenance cases.
- Delivery and receipt of the Covenant to technicians and employees.
- Continuous follow-up of the warehouse's content, update of warehouse inventory records, and notification of the procurement department
When the inventory is depleted.
- To verify the conformity of the procurement specifications with the required specifications, in cooperation with the procurement officer.
- Arrange the material properly in the warehouses and put a card to indicate it so that it is easily accessible.
- Ensure the safety of storage in warehouses and the presence of fire safety means.
- Ensuring ventilation of the warehouses for the goods required.
- Defining the warehouses and contents of each warehouse.
- Building a database on the assets / whereabouts of the goods in each store.
- Receiving and arranging the pieces and equipment properly to avoid damage or breakage.
- Keep the warehouses clean and ensure easy access to the goods.
- Optimal use of spaces available in warehouses.
- Conducting the annual inventory process in cooperation with the relevant departments.
