• Responsible for month end inventory of all outlets, staff scheduling and rotation of all outlets.
• Assist in Implementation of various programs and incentives to motivate staff and increased internal revenues
• Responsible for Quality Control and Hygiene levels for all outlets
• Increased customer satisfaction scores throughout all outlets according to weekly/ monthly ongoing evaluation
• Assist in Planning, organizing and successfully executed number of planned external events.
• Provides staff scheduled training and feedback to reach their full potential
• Must be Able to Speak and write in English (Arabic is a plus)
• PC experience (word processing and spreadsheets)
• Working knowledge of POS system.
• Significant cash handling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving ability.
• Ability to work in a tremendously fast-paced, multi tasked environment.
• Ability to conduct regular outlets inspections
Requirements:
University Graduate (Restaurants / Hospitality)
Must possess a minimum of three (3) years previous management experience in a similar Position
Must possess a minimum of two (2) years previous management experience in a similar Position.
