• Follow-up requests of the online store
• Technical support for online store customers such as registration assistance
• Permanent coordination with the departments concerned with a complaint or inquiry
• Prepare reports and statistics that help to make decisions to raise the level of service
• Dealing with the interviewer or the complainant in a manner consistent with the level of the company
• Pursually strive to satisfy customers and maintain their loyalty
• Provide advice to customers in selecting the product as per the instructions prepared in coordination with the relevant department
Requirements:
Experience of at least 2 years of high school
Experience of not less than 1 year for Diploma or Bachelor
