Job Description : -
- Administrative support and secretarial work and direct contact with the Director of Marketing and Executive Director, sales manager, sales staff.
Detailed tasks and duties:
- Follow up on time management and schedule of director / managers
- Supervising the work of receptionist and reporter
- Follow up the implementation of various administrative decisions issued by the Director / Direct Managers
- Preparing weekly management meetings
- Processing of daily mail (notes, circulars, administrative documents, transaction reports and notes
- Preparation, preparation and printing of official letters between sales representatives, customers and other companies.
- Receive faxes and refunds after submission to the sales manager and sales representatives.
- Supervising job applications for new employees who wish to join the company and arrange interviews with them with the manager
- Preparing books to introduce new sales representatives to different institutions and companies.
- Follow up listing data with sales representatives and introduce and update listings received from marketing representatives on a continuous basis.
- Preparing marketing contracts (exclusive / rental) as needed and developing formulas.
- Other tasks entrusted to him by his administration or the executive management related to his field of work
Requirements:
Has a suitable qualification for the job or has practical experience
Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, speaking and writing)
Availability of a car
