B - The overall objective of the job:
- Preparing project plans and working on their implementation, preparing project profiles, supervising the employment operation and technicians in the project, and coordinating between the existing projects of the institution in terms of material and human needs, raw materials and working on preparing the budget for each project in cooperation with the Department of procurement and financial management.
C - Duties, Responsibilities and Powers:

Develop the annual plans necessary for the needs of the institution of:
- The machines and the equipments .
- Raw materials .
- Spare parts.
- trained technical personnel.
- Ready funds.
During the current year, in coordination with the financial department, external administration and personnel affairs.
- Preparation of the estimated budgets for the projects expected to be awarded to the Foundation for implementation during this year or next year through the tenders that have been submitted.
- Coordinating with the commercial administration regarding the importation process after studying the bids submitted by the companies and choosing the best in terms of prices and the time required for the supply.
- Directing the entry of tenders offered through advertising in the official newspapers and the work of good studies on them and presented in a technical and efficient manner in terms of prices and quantities and the duration of implementation to ensure that the anchor on the institution.
- Supervision of the work of engineering designs and planning for construction projects (buildings - roads - bridges) by the technical section of the project management, whether for existing projects or for tenders to enter.
- Full supervision of all projects and work sites of the institution and follow-up progress in terms of efficiency and duration.
- Providing the estimated budgets for each project to carry out the necessary analyzes.
- Follow-up of abstracts with sites and branches and follow-up collection from the contracting parties.
- Full supervision of the selection processes of engineers and technicians who need to work in the projects of the institution.
- Approval of cross-site conversions in terms of the needs of each location:
- Cash (ready money).
- The machines and the equipments .
- Raw materials .
- Spare parts.
- Employees
- Provide the Department with periodic reports on:
- Tenders entered monthly.
- Abstracts submitted to the contractors monthly.
- Safeguards recovered and confiscated monthly.
- Equipment working in each project monthly.
- Equipment transferred between sites monthly.
- Maintenance carried out on equipment at each site and at the level of each unit per month.
- Analytical comparisons of projects at the level of each project item with the actual estimate and study of the deviations and their causes with coordination with the financial management of the institution.
- Implement any other directives or responsibilities assigned to it by the Director General.
- Work on the continuous development of staff to keep abreast of the latest modern technologies that serve the work.
