- Organize time agenda
- Organize and follow up agendas to raise the efficiency of executive management
- Record, review and follow-up task logs on a daily and weekly basis
- Follow up, organize and manage all electronic and paper correspondence
- Follow up correspondence, communication and representation
- Organizing means of communication from customers, suppliers, partners, and employees
- Receive calls and follow up to organize appointments and schedules
- Follow-up appointments and tasks daily and weekly
- Follow up of tenders and attend meetings of the opening committees of envelopes
- Organize and arrange paper and electronic correspondence
- Follow up and organize correspondence of suppliers, partners and employees
- Organize, arrange and review files for partners and employees
- Representation of the private sector and the public sector
- Organizing and implementing events
- Follow-up of official and marketing activities
- Participate in the development, design and implementation of events to ensure their success
- Business development and reporting
- Develop relevant policies and procedures
- Providing initiatives and ideas that will develop business and raise its efficiency
- Reporting to executives according to policies and procedures
