- Updating the daily tasks of accounting and procurement.
- Reporting on tasks, activities and outputs of daily work.
- Introducing and updating financial operations on a daily basis.
- Building and managing supplier relations and information on a daily and professional basis
- Agreement and negotiation with suppliers on terms of trade dealings.
- Research and develop new suppliers and build new relationships.
- Review and develop the contractual framework and update information related to suppliers, procurement and inventory
- Developing the required financial reports and modeling future estimates and budgets
- A member of the work team will be required to undertake any business or functions to support the relevant operations or administrative functions (accounting and procurement)
Requirements:
Bachelor / Diploma of Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience of not less than two years
Advanced computer knowledge
Prefer experience in accounts and accounting programs
