Job description:
First - Mail Processing:
1- Receives daily mail.
2- Daily mail is produced.
3. Displays the mail to the manager.
4 - Direct mail by specialty.
5 - picture the incoming mail as important.
6 - Distribute mail to the relevant sections.
7. Preserves the e-mail sent for preservation.
8. Registered outgoing mail.
9. Keep a copy of the outgoing mail.
10. Send outgoing mail.
II. TELEPHONE TREATMENT:
1- A directory of addresses and telephones.
2. Receives incoming phone calls.
3. Identify the caller and the purpose of the call.
4. The communication shall be transferred to the competent authority.
5. Communications are required for the Director.
6. Record telephone calls in the absence of the manager.
III. Preparation of correspondence:
1. The written material shall be released.
2 - the printed material is printed.
3- Exporting the issued correspondence.

XII - Use of office equipment:

XIII - Office equipment:
