Job description:
1- Participate in the development of the main objectives of the company and participate in its formulation.
2 - Preparation of sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs to achieve the main objectives of the company.
3 - Participation in the meetings called for and to express opinion in the results and decisions.
4. Archiving and issuing all decisions issued by senior management and approving them.
5 - Supervising the development of a system for the classification and numbering of all official records and documents.
6 - Responsible for announcing / informing all employees of the administrative decisions after their adoption.
7. To chair and manage periodic meetings of the Directorate of Administrative Affairs and to assist in the issuance of appropriate decisions based on the facts received.
8. Implementation of approved quality plans for administrative affairs.
9 - Participation in the formulation and preparation of administrative procedures in coordination with other departments.
10 - Review and audit procedures, models, records and instructions for the quality system on administrative matters before being approved by the Director General.
11- Studying complaints about the company in conjunction with all departments and departments concerned.
12. Verify that all administrative instructions are already in place and sanction the violators.
13. Implementing public relations policies and procedures that enhance the company's reputation at home and abroad.
14. Control the use and maintenance of equipment, means of transport, communication and other administrative services.
15 - is fully responsible for the car maintenance campaign and dealing with traffic authorities and everything that follows this matter.
16 - Responsible for the full processing and rehabilitation of service buildings, and take the necessary preventive and remedial measures to maintain these buildings.
17. He is fully responsible for the security and preservation of the contents of the company from theft and has the right to issue instructions and decisions that enable him to do so.
18 - Training of personnel working in administrative affairs on their work and transfer of experience to them.
19- To submit weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to senior management and discuss these reports in periodic meetings of directors.
20. Verify that all administrative instructions are already in place and sanctions are imposed on violators.
21. Responsible for distributing and equipping the premises of new employees in cooperation with other departments.
22 - Supervising the securing of the needs of the workplace with the necessary stationery.
23. Supervise all matters related to agriculture and cleaning work and direct the orders in this regard.
24 - Follow-up insurance of means of transport for all employees in the company.
25- Follow-up of securing transportation means for all duties for all departments during and outside official working hours.
26 - Follow up the work of personnel and ensure their completion of files for employees and registration in the Labor Bureau and social security.
27. Evaluate proposals for the development of administrative procedures dealing with administrative services in the company.
28. Supervise and supervise the implementation of all contracting procedures for the rental of buildings of the company.
29. Direct supervision of personnel management.
