- Responsible for keeping all records of the quality models of the quality management procedure in the factory.
- Follow up the application of ISO 9001 and 22000 in the factory and report any excesses or negligence of the plant manager.
- To ensure receipt of raw materials according to standards and documentation and numbering.
- Apply quality standards in conservation.
- Follow up the production process from the beginning until delivery.
- Inspect the product when packaging.
- Ensure the printed data on the product.
- Checking the goods at the final delivery according to the specified forms.
- Provide all quality reports to the factory manager.
- Isolate any defective product from the corresponding products and distinguish it as defective
- Taking the recommendations and instructions of the competent bodies of quality and follow-up implementation.
- Detection and handling of cases of non-conformity according to the corrective procedures followed
